Completed in July 2004, Aman Kiara, as the name suggests, carries with it the air of tranquillity and security. Located on six acres of prime land in the exclusive enclave of Mont'Kiara, it is the first development within the vicinity that offers a blend of delightfully designed bungalows and duplex condovillas.

In a unique approach to live up to its name, Aman Kiara is a gated-and-guarded development that offers top security to its owners, hence providing them with great peace of mind. With just 19 units of bungalows and 12 units of condovillas, Aman Kiara is one of the lowest density developments in the neighborhood.

Large built-up areas, elegantly designed facades, private lifts to the upper unit of the condovillas, a common clubhouse, lush greenery and landscaping are some of the features that make Aman Kiara a sanctuary for homeowners.

Condovillas

Large and spacious as befitting its name, these are not condominiums in the conventional sense. Totalling 12 units, the intermediate units have built-up areas of 3,690 sq. ft., while the corner units that spread over two levels have 4,030 sq. ft.

Duplexes situated on the ground level have their own private gardens range from 614 sq. ft. to as large as 1,389 sq. ft. Those on the upper levels are served by private lifts.

Featuring five bedrooms and five bathrooms for the intermediate units, and an additional bedroom and bathroom for the corners, these condovillas set a high standard for the strata lifestyle in the neighbourhood.

Aster- there are five units with built-up of 4,930 sq. ft. on plots that range from 6,050 sq. ft. to 7,600 sq. ft.

Saffron- with a total of five units, they have 4,570 sq. ft. of space on plots ranging from 6,340 sq. ft to 8,630sq ft.

Daphne- totalling nine units, they are the largest units with 5,120 sq. ft. to 5,410 sq. ft. of space and land areas of 7,362 sq. ft. to 10,730 sq. ft.
