Visitors Have Fun at VERVE® Suites KL South’s Open House.

Nasi Lemak, Satay, Keropok, Curry Puff, Assorted Kuih-Muih, Ice Cream Potong….. Those all-time Malaysian favourites were among the delicacies lined up to welcome guests at the VERVE® Suites KL South’s Open House hosted by Bukit Kiara Properties (BKP) recently.

More than 400 visitors turned BKP sales gallery into a fun and happening place, when the developer organised an Open House themed ‘Street Food Fest’ at its latest project site, VERVE® Suites KL South on 9th & 10th May 2015.

Customers who made their ways to the Open House not only enjoyed the local delicacies but also took the opportunity to connect with people staying in the same neighbourhood and celebrated Mother’s Day together.

“I really enjoyed all these Malaysian delicacies! This event also offers a chance for me to know more about VERVE Suites® KL South which features the first Sky Bridge in Old Klang Road,” mentioned Mr. Foo who came with his family.

“The Open House was organised in conjunction with the opening of BKP Gallery at VERVE® Suites KL South and the completion of the first-of-its-kind Sky Bridge in this project. We are glad to see the crowd enjoying themselves with their friends and family here. We hope we have brought cheers and excitement to the communities in this neighbourhood,” said BKP’s Group Managing Director, Datuk NK Tong.    

Other than enjoying a variety of local delicacies, visitors were also invited to view four fully- furnished designer suites, and the Vercadicos Sky Bridge at VERVE® Suites KL South.

“I am impressed with the fully-furnished suites. All spaces in the unit are well-utilised with nice layout,” commented Robert Teoh, one of the visitors to the Open House.

VERVE® Suites KL South at Old Klang Road is the latest project by BKP. The niche developer has created an award winning brand - VERVE® Suites Mont’Kiara, which won the ‘Best High Rise Residential Award’ at the Malaysia Property AwardTM organised by FIABCI Malaysia in last November. The company is now bringing the VERVE® concept to Old Klang Road.

VERVE® Suites KL South comprises 321 fully-furnished designer suites, 45 SOHOs and 3 retail units in two towers. It is also the first project that features the Vercadicos Sky Bridge which links two residential towers together, fourteen floor above the ground.
