The company also made history by becoming the first and only property development company to win the Malaysian Business Ethics Excellence Award three times in a row, for 2006, 2008 and 2010, when the award was held.

Micro Detail Design Award 2011
VEREV® Suites Mont’Kiara, the project which pioneered the first sky lounge and Sky Beach concept in Malaysia has earned various recognition and awards for the innovative lifestyle it introduced.
The project emerged as the prestigious World Gold Winner of the FIABCI Prix d’Excellence Awards 2015 in the Residential (High Rise) category. In November 2014, the project also clinched the same title locally at the FIABCI Malaysia Property Awards 2014.
Dubbed ‘Oscar of Real Estate’, FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards 2015 were reviewed by 68 judges from 28 countries around the world. Nominations for these prestigious awards were assessed based on architecture & design, financial & marketing strategy, development & construction, environmental impact, and community benefits.
In addition, other achievements received by VERVE® Suites Mont’Kiara included the Malaysia Landscape Architecture Award (MLAA) 2013 – ‘Project of the Year’, PAM Award Commendation for Excellence in Architecture (High Rise Category) 2015, and Micro Detail Design Award 2011 awarded by Malaysian Institute of Architects.

ILAM MLAA Honour Award- Landscape Design Awards 2017
The unique show unit and Sky Bridge designs at VERVE® Suites KL South have received three recognitions from The Malaysian Institute of Interior Designers (MIID) at various awards night in 2017.
The iconic Vercadicos Sky Bridge won the Bronze Award at 2017 MIID Reka Awards under the Best Public & Institutional Category.
In addition, the SOHO units at VSKLS also received Honourable Mention at both the 2017 RIDA REKA International Design Award and 2017 MIID REKA Awards, held on 20 October & 27 October 2017 respectively.
