Director's Profile
Starting with a team of only five people, NK built BKP into a boutique development company that now has a workforce of close to 100 dedicated staff. Under his stewardship, the company has since unveiled three projects with combined revenue of over RM850 million.

A graduate in Architecture (B.A. Hons) from the University of Manchester, NK went on to gain a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the Wharton School of Business University of Pennsylvania.

Prior to setting up BKP, NK was the Executive Director of a public listed company on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange. He was actively involved in the genesis and transformation of Mont'Kiara into a prestigious neighbourhood from what used to be acres of rubber trees. NK was also instrumental in the strategic sale of the listed company in late 1996, just ahead of the Asian Financial Crisis in mid 1997.

Today, he helms BKP, which he co-founded in 2000. NK's innovative input was the key to the conceptualisation and development of BKP's projects located in Mont'Kiara and Kuala Lumpur city centre with a combined gross development value of over RM1.4 billion.

Apart from taking the lead in BKP's interests, NK has actively involved himself in various other associations. He sits on the Investment Committee and the Board of Directors for KSC Capital Berhad, a unit trust management company based in Malaysia.

Currently, NK also serves as the Chairman of the Real Estate and Housing Developer's Association (REHDA) Kuala Lumpur and National Council member of REHDA Malaysia. He is also a member of the Young Presidents' Organisation (YPO), actively involved in its International Education Committee.
