OVER 100 UNITS SNAPPED UP WITHIN A WEEK

Crowds started thronging into BKP Gallery early June this year when words started to spread about a new living concept soon to be unveiled - The Versilica Living Concept in VERVE® Suites Vox Tower. Over 100 units in Vox Tower were snapped up during a recent weekend preview at BKP Gallery.

The response was all the more favourable considering that both Viva and Vibe Towers had been fully sold with Vogue Tower posting over 95% sales, purely by referrals, word-of-mouth and without aid of any advertisement.

BKP's Group Managing Director, NK Tong said the overwhelming response to Vox Tower was based on three distinct fundamentals - the unique and innovative living concept, the units' aesthetic designs and the buyers' confidence in the project.

The crowd comprising BKP homeowners, Maybank customers and investors were impressed with the new living concept of having a beach 37 storeys above the ground. They were mesmerized with the many unique features of the project which is the first in Mont' Kiara to offer fully furnished designer suites and innovative sky lounge concepts.

Guests were impressed with BKP's ideas of installing many hidden storage compartments within the suite - making them compact and yet practical.

The four brand new show suites are really a hit with the guests. They have succesfully captured the hearts of many potential customers with their elegant interior designs.

"BKP's innovation is truly different. They have thought out-of-the-box in every aspect. The overall concept is very unique and inspiring. I really like how they come up with new and innovative ideas every time," said a delighted guest who invested in a 1-bedroom unit during the preview.

The Versilica Living Concept of Vox Tower, which is the fourth phase of VERVE® Suites' development, is now open for viewing at BKP Gallery from 10am to 6pm daily.
