For BKP, the Customers Appreciation Night 2007 was a perfect opportunity to say a big 'thank you' to its customers for believing in BKP. The event had grown so large over the years that it had to be held over two nights to accommodate a strong crowd of 1,000.

It was a memorable and enjoyable night for the homeowners of BKP as they were treated to sumptous, five-star food and entertained by a four-piece band while their kids were kept busy by Cha-cha-the-clown. The icing of the night was of course a stunning display of fireworks for well over 10 minutes. BKP Group Managing Director NK Tong, who addressed the enthusiastic homeowners of VERVE® Suites on the first night, said the strong and continuous support was a reflection of their confidence in properties developed by BKP.

He enlightened the homeowners that VERVE® Suites' Viva Tower had achieved more than 90 percent sales and because of their overwhelming support, BKP porceeded with Vibe Tower (VERVE® Suites second block) which hit 65 percent sales within two months of its preview.

"All these were achieved without any media advertising, purely on the strength of referrals and word-of-mouth," he added.

NK told the homeowners that the two sky lounges - the trendy Vertigo Lounge on the 35th floor of Viva Tower and the innovative Hypercubes Lounge on the 27th floor of Vibe Tower - occupyhuge saleable space but were forsaken by BKP due to its commitment to provide them with novel lifestyle and add value to the project. He said another BKP's key commitment to homeowners was the partnership with global home appliances player Bosch and Siemens in equipping Vibe Tower suites with world-class kitchen appliances. "It was a reflection of our determination to uphold the trust that the homeowners had given to us".

Meanwhile, Hijauan Kiara's homeowners got the pleasant news that their sunken bath has been upgraded to granite instead of marble. The Customers Appreciation Night 2007 offered homeowners of BKP's three different projects to get to know each other better and mingle with BKP's management team.

A well-known child counsellor, who owns a unit of VERVE® Suites Viva Tower, said she was hardly surprised with the overwhelming response for Vibe Tower which has now breached the 82% sales mark.

"BKP has proven time and time again that it's a developer who walks its talk. These people deliver on their promises and that's what enhance the confidence of the customers," she remarked.
A young executive, who recently booked a fully-furnished suite at Vibe Tower, said that attending the Customers Appreciation Night really made him feel privileged and cared for BKP. An investor of Hijauan Kiara said he was impressed with its exclusivity, privacy, lush greenery, built quality of his unit and the luxurious lifestyle amenities.
