It is BKP’s belief that the relationship with its homeowners does not end with the completion of the development. In fact, it begins with the handover of keys.

To help promote VERVE® Suites Vibe Tower for its homeowners in the secondary market, BKP went through a thorough selection process of real estate agencies and finally selected three agencies based on their company’s values, reputation, professionalism and track record.

Having the necessary expertise and experience, BKP believes the three real estate agencies would be of great assistance to the homeowners when it comes to marketing and renting the units in the secondary market.  

A series of tenancy briefings were conducted with the objective of introducing the appointed agencies to the homeowners. Close to eighty homeowners turned up for the briefing sessions to get to know more about the prospect of getting tenants and also their likely returns.
