BRINGING OUT THE BEST THROUGH BRANDING

Second year construction students of Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) gained an invaluable insight of how signature addresses were conceived and developed when they paid a study-visit to Bukit Kiara Properties recently.

The students, who were led by their lecturer Mr Lim Chai Chai, were particularly impressed by Hijauan Kiara, saying the application of innovative themes and modern technology was an eye-opener to them.

They were also impressed by the quality of workmanship, saying that the finishings were consistent.

"The various designs of the units were so unique, BKP's approach provided us a good idea of how they introduced innovative ideas into the building of their properties," they said.

"The contemporary designs suit the lifestyles of modern and even future generations and most importantly, they would make the customers feel comfortable, secured and satisfied," said the students.

Lim said the study-trip also made a very strong impact on the students' narrowed, theoretical perception of what a well-planned and meticulous development was all about.

BKP's Group Managing Director NK Tong played host to the students who also visited the Paviliions of Bukit Kiara. Besides explaining the practical aspects of the property business to the students, NK also touched on management issues, especially customer relationship management.

NK stressed on the importance of quality and delivering the goods to the customers as the trust developed, would go a long way in establishing a mutual bond and confidence between the developer and its customers.
